  • We solely use eco-friendly, non toxic, phosphate free, biodegradable, plant based cleaning products + we bring our own vacuums and mops. If you have any concerns relating to allergens or scents, please let us know prior to your cleaning.

  • We believe in being as flexible and as understanding as possible, we charge no fee but encourage you to notify us 24-48 hours beforehand so we can plan to book another time that works best for you!

  • We gladly accept payment via Credit, Debit, & E-Transfer. Invoices are sent within 24 hours following the time and date of your clean. The total price of your clean is determined based on the duration multiplied by our hourly rate, we kindly ask you to pay within 72 hours from receival of the invoice unless other payment terms are discussed prior.

  • Lily White Cleaning Co. is fully licensed and insured in all 13 municipal districts residing in the ‘CRD’ . We have so far never had an incident of the such but rest assured we have you covered in the unlikely event something does happen at the result of our own fault.
